I'm curious to know how quickly people have resolved their RMA issues with ASUS.
My G73JH-X1 mailed out to Ontario via Overnight Priority Fedex yesterday to have the LCD replaced (Zero Bright Dot guarantee).
I'm told that the turnaround time is 10-14 business days but I've also heard of people that have gone in and out in just a few days.
Anyone have experience with ASUS repairs?

It depends on so many factors, that you can't reliably predict when it'll come back. If they have a backlog of work. If they have replacement parts on hand. If they feel like doing it quickly (If it is a first RMA, there is no way to get it expedited... for each RMA after that, it gets prioritized...).

I called ASUS today and the status of my RMA is "waiting for parts"... kinda wish I just got a replacement from Newegg, but no use dwelling on that now.

I had mine back in exactly 6 days from the day I shipped it.
