    So the non-subwoofer, covered fan grille thing is purely for asthetics correct? just wondering can you take the black film off thats covering it from the inside? Would that allow for more ventilation? becasue it looks like its right where the gpu fan is...

    anyways just wondering

    I have not taken my unit apart yet (I know very strange for me considering I am the founder of the C90S Vicious Mod) the reason I have not bothered is because the unit is already so insanely cool, I mean under 100% load this thing is still lower than some peoples idle temps in other units. If anything I would be afraid it would disturb the natural airflow of the unit and thus why I have not messed with it.

    I think many of us would like to do something with it tho after the "newness" wares off, I for one would love to put a sub there but I imagine there is not enough depth and probably why its not there in the first place.

    Use it to hold a picture of you cat. Its a new thing called personalized notebooks :p

    Or maybe as a space for an emergency condominium, because we know we never leave our notebooks behind.
