My W3J seems to get random freeze, symptoms are repetitive static sound when in freeze mode.
Nothing like ctrl +alt + del or anything will work. Pressing the power button does nothing and only way to get it restarted is by removing the AC cable and the battery itself. which cant be good to the machine i suspect. I had to do this three times this week twice in the past 12hours and in the earlier freeze and reboot my recent documents history was wiped clean and after the latter freeze and reboot my internet history got wiped but recent documents seems to be ok. I have no idea what the problem might be maybe uncompatibility with the software or something. Can it be a virus? hmm i dont know but quite worried frankly. If anybody can give me any feedbacks or the cause of the problem let me know! thank you.
