I uninstalled my realtek drivers because of an audio problem so I could install a newer version but now I can't install new driver. When I try to install, I get the error - "Install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure !! [error code: 0x000005b3]". I've tried installing the newest version of the driver 2.64. and the version posted on the ASUS website 2.37 but both return the same error.

I've tried using a driver cleaner and installing during safe mode, but that didn't work. Some people suggested to uninstall Microsoft UAA Bus Driver, but I can't find that in my device manager.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
