    Rebate Confusion

    Hi all,

    I am struggling trying to figure out how to send in this rebate to receive the extra $50.00 off my N81vp-D1.

    It asks for two things that I am confused with:

    Original Serial Number Label: Do they want me to take the sticker off of the underside of the laptop? Or, is this the serial number label found in my Asus Warranty manual?

    Original UPC Barcode Label: Is this the area on the package where the barcode scanner is located? Do I cut the whole barcode section out with the number?

    I am looking again...It looks like it wants "Original UPC code and serial number cut from the packaging." So, they want the serial from the package...

    Any help?

    Yes. The label on the box contains both numbers - leave the sticker on the underside alone.
