Okay! so at the last few days of my warranty, I sent in my V6J for repairs and fixes.

Basically the problems the laptop had were the following:
    1. Lcd screen(made by chunghwa)'s backlight flickers sometimes
    2. When LCD screen is set on the lowest brightness only half of the screen is lit up by the backlight
    3. Battery wear problem
    4. cdrom drive vibrates very violently shaking my entire laptop enough to dmg HD
    5. Keyboard problems
and it came back with the following things replaced/fixes:
New Keyboard Woohoo! : This new keyboard felt kind of weird it had a different feeling when typing but i think now i kind of broke it in so it's fine

New motherboard: Well i certainly hope this is some kind of new updated motherboard that fixes the wear issue, But it doesn't seem like it has been fixed as i already have 5% wear after a few days usage. I have gotten an 133 Whr external battery that i plug into my laptop usually to keep the main battery above 50% charge

Fixed my cdrom drive rumbling: Yay its so much quieter now doesn' rumble that much anymore

    New battery: wear issue..

I'm pretty disappointed that they didn't replace my lcd screen D: the flicker problem is very annoying and so is that half brightness thing
my warranty has ended but i i'm going to ask asus if they can still replace or send me another lcd screen or something

When you use your notebook, do you plug it directly into the wall? Or is it on a powerbar/UPS?
