So I recently got my asus v6j notebook back from my last ounce of warranty. They replaced everything i asked for: LCD, Keyboard, motherboard, battery. They also replaced my touchpad even though i didn't ask for it, and it seems this touchpad is even more worse than my old one (less precise).
They replaced my LCD with a non glossy one :( oh well at least there isn't a 2 inch scratch on it anymore, but i'll kind of miss being able to look into my laptop screen in class to see what's going on behind me. This screen also seems to be able to tolerate more refresh rate too: up to 160 until the screen goes white.
This keyboard seems alright all the keys are good.
I am not sure whether or not this motherboard fixed the charging circuit problem thingy as there is a 5% wear that came back with it. I haven't used the battery for more than 80% so far so i'm not sure if it exists.
oh i like this plastic sheet they put over the chassis, i'm not going to peel this off for a while (PALM GETS SWEATY. carbon fiber + sweat = :( )

The new motherboard seem to have came with a good make of the 7400 gpu as well. I can overclock to 550/600(1200) (max overclock before was 520/550(1100)) with no artifacts :D

after a year of ownership getting my laptop basically "refurbished" is pretty nice :D
