    Recommendation on ASUS Business Laptop ?

    Hey - I'm quite impressed with ASUS Range & prices are pocket friendly too. You get more specs for less compared to other top brands in the market. The ASUS laptops look to be solid & sturdy.

    I want to replace to my HP ProBook to a more powerful laptop. I'm a Web Designer / Systems Analyst / Programmer.

    Here's some criteria to narrow down choices:

    1. Budget is less $1000
    2. Intel Core i3/i5, 4 GB or more, 500GB HDD
    3. 13 Inch or 14 Inch, preferably 14"
    4. Don't need an Internal CD ROM

    I've read somewhere that the X & Z series, are the best Asus models in the market - is that correct ?

    Also read somewhere that the ASUS Zenbook is in a class of its own.

    Advise any one ?
