    So, basically a multimedia/gaming laptop.

    -decent graphics for gaming
-good display (FHD) - matte preferably (you probably want this more)
-good performance (i7 cpu / 8+ GB ram)
-an hdmi and/or displayPort to output video to large monitor
    -good speakers for music
-solid build to last 4 years
    -good webcam for video chat/conference

    ASUS N551JK series

In particular, the following model should suffice:
    http://geizhals.de/asus-n551jk-cn125h-90nb05t1-m01640-a1175564.html?hloc=at&hloc=de

It comes with a FHD 15.6 matte display, i7 quad-core cpu, 16 GB ram, 256 GB ssd, Blu-Ray (BD-ROM), DVD+/-RW, nVidia GTX 850M 4 GB graphics card, hdmi + displayPort, 3 x USB 3.0, 1.3 MP webcam, 6-cell battery, backlit keyboard, an external subwoofer, and 2 years international guarantee

You may also find a very good review in the following link:

The downsides are the somewhat limited battery life and the bulkiness, but these are expected when considering a multimedia/gaming laptop.
I think it is the best ASUS you can buy considering your specs.
