Not much else new though. I'd expect prices to be the same, as for ETA, who knows

Oh, and I found this tidbit interesting too:

Very nice update to the W7S. Removes one of my main complaints to it -- soldered 512MB. Now it's soldered 1GB, much more reasonable in 2008.

Other than that, I hope it's also available in black. And I'd love to know about the battery life...

I didn't even notice, they will be available in Penryn versions. Very nice. I think I may have found the notebook to answer this thread:

Away with the poorly-built Dell XPS 1330 and the flimsy-screened, overpriced Sony SZ... :)

Hopefully they will use the Penryn platform to improve on that dreaded battery life... Well I can still hope, can't I? :)

wouldn't the 9500 be the same as its counter part 8500 in terms of specs? Just 9'series can support DX10.1.

8800GTX will probably overpower 9500 by far from what I know, correct me if im wrong

8800 will destroy the 9500. The 8800 is a top-end card and the 9500 is a midrange card.

Well... yeah... they are both sub-14-inchers, what kind of GPU do you expect on such a notebook?

Or don't you mean the F9/W7?
