    Hi All,

    Im from indonesia and Im new to this forum . .

    I just repainting my S5N . . not changing color, but only applying some layer of glossy clear spray to make it shiny looking . .

    although it now looks great but i just wonder whether this will ruin my global warranty ? btw Im not disassembly it at all in doing this . .

    I would think not, since you only applied a topical layer.

    Yes, I don't think it'll mess up your warranty, BUT make sure you don't spray into vital areas or openings (air vents, fans, openings in your keyboard, etc).

    I beg to differ........ it may or it may not, but be prepared for it to be voided. If you're going to paint it while the parts are still on your system..... you're not that bright...... it's really not a great idea........ then again, if you take it apart to paint it, which would be the better idea, then you're certainly going to void it because you have to take the entire system apart.

    You're better off ordering a whole new chassis and if you screw up painting you could just rebuild it into the new chassis or something.
