As you can see that it only needs any OS of x64 (64-bit), isn't it?
I also tried so many times upgrading any other OS with pre-patched OEM, but the result is failure.

Finally I only need any of Asus M50 series x64 OS recovery disk. Cause this notebook has a pretected flash activator. This means that no one can load
    any OS with OEM installition.

Where can I find that recovery disk? Who has own that disk?

If is there anybody help me, I'll be glad and thank to him/her.

The M50 series never came with a 64 bit recovery disk (Asus only provided the 32 bit version). You'll need to purchase a retail or OEM copy of the 64 bit OS if you want to use it.

    Dear David,
I had tried so many times to install 64 bit version of Windows Vista. But boot flash always denied the loading of OEM activation. After this happening, auto-recovery opening from the notebooks HDD drive X:/

Tomorrow I'll try Dell's Windows 7 Pro x64 recovery disk. Maybe it works, maybe not.

Never have problem install 64 bit Vista on M50, unless you are not using the full installation DVD disk.

If you are going to try Dell Recovery Disk it'll not work, all manufacturer's recovery DVD has BIOS locked, meaning it'll only recognize Dell computers.
