Request for ESUPPORT driver folder from an ASUS ROG G703GX-XS71

I'd appreciate if anyone who has this particular model (it's the one with RTX2080 and core I7-8750H) could upload the "esupport" folder from C drive. It may be under an Asus folder, I'm not sure.

I've formatted my system drive and forgot to save this. Asus support website is a complete mess in regards to proper driver availability and installation instructions.
From what I've heard, there's an install wizard and all the necessary drivers in that folder.


Yes, I've installed everything manually from their website but it's not working properly.
- The keyboard doesn't light up on windows start until I press the Aura key
- The keyboard brightness level 1 does not work (2 and 3 switches properly)
- Audio driver is messed up (it does recognize when I plug in headphones in the 3.5mm port but sound still comes from the speakers. Only a windows restart with the headphones plugged in fixes this).
- There's a couple weird popups asking for permission to be executed after windows loads. I'll post later the exact names of the processes. From what I found, they're from the Asus hotkeys driver.

There’s Asus support over there. It’s just the same account that you’ve created for your Asus laptop if am not mistaken.

 

I have the exact same model. I can upload the eSupport drivers if you still need them.

I hope it fixes your laptop issues.
It has been an interesting usability of my G703GX. I have the i7 model with i7-8750H.
The temps while gaming were baky. CPU in the upper 90's and always throttling. So I decided to put some pads on GPU ram and thermal grizzly kryonaut on the dies.
The temps were even higher due to the heatsink not making full contact.
I since then did a complete repaste. The paste I chose was Arctic MX-4 2019 Edition. I have learned then Kryonaut degrades too fast when it goes above 80 degrees celsius.
I did alot of research on thermal paste and the best option and temps for me was MX-4.
GPU max temp now doesn't go above 72 and CPU upper 70's.
The fans do stay at about 70% when in full load but it keeps the temps moderate.
I will share more on the other thread but one main issue for my laptop was when I boot it up the first time it gave me artifacts. The only way around that was to disable onboard intel GPU and switch to Nvidia G-sync and leave it like that.
After reseting BIOS to default everithing went okay. No more issues with atrifacts.
Everything works great but I have been following the other thread to see if anyone has a simple way of making it easier to undervolt whitout sleep/start route.
Maybe Asus will give us a better BIOS with more options in a near future.

 

I've noticed exactly the same high temps out of the box. It's obvious that Asus didn't spend enough time designing the cooling properly for this.

I went through the same steps, tried pads, temps got worse. Now I have thick K5-pro paste on vrms and Conductonaut liquit metal on CPU and GPU. After some downvolting and GPU clock/voltage curve tweaking, now very rarely gets above 70C and stays pretty quiet even in very demanding games.

Yes, I'm also hoping they provide a bios upgrade and lots of bug fixes in the future...

 

So I decided to do another fresh windows reinstall and do just the drivers and nothing else. I don't really need RGB keyboard or USB charger plus so I don't need other ROG specific tools.
I want to keep it clean with just the esential drivers instaled without armoury crate and see if I can undervolt it like that.
Hopefuly fan will have an automatic profile by default from windows and CPU ang GPU temps and clocks are stable and by default.

I was wondering if it's possible for ROG Gamevisual to work again after instaling windows. With the default drivers doesn't work.
I feel like it gives a more mature look even though it doesn't offer the best performance in Adobe rgb.
