Hi
If you have a V6J,m please help me.
Put your screen in 1024 x 768 and take a picture of it. It would be appreciate because I can't se it before use.
Is it possible to have a glossy screen?
Also, please take some shots of the laptop itself.. I know there is some on this site, but I want better shot..
Thanx in advance!

The V6 are all the same, except for the original V6v, the V6va and V6j both have glare type screens I believe(For some odd reason I was thinking the V6j had matte....does it?!).
Can't help you on the pic, no camera ATM. What types of shots of the laptop... -

No, the V6j has a colorshine screen...... technically all 3 V6's had different screens, but the only thing the V6j will seem to differ on visually is a little blue led between the left and right click buttons..

I am working on a review, so there will be more shots up once that is done, but why do you want a shot of the screen on 1024x768? Also, the V6j does, as Justin said, have the glossy screen.

Hi, I want a shot because the native resolution is higher and I want to see if I'll loose quality working in 1024 x 768. I need to buy my laptop tommorow.. Could you send me those pics by private message or mail?
Thanx in advance -

I don't have time in the next two days to fix the pictures - they are from the high setting on a Nikon D70 and I have dialup, so I don't have time to fix them or send them. Honestly, the notebook looks fantastic and much better than any picture can show.
For the screen you should take the advice from the other threads you asked in, up the DPI or use a program, the screen doesn't look good unless used at its deisgned (native) resolution. Good Luck. You can't go wrong with the V6j unless you don't want a good computer. -
It is always recommend that you use the native resolution of the LCD monitor because the pixel will maynot line up properly at differnt resolution, which result in blury image. If you want visualize explanation, get 2 graphing papers with different square size and put them on top of each other.

If you're concerned with things being too small at native res, just increase font sizes to compensate. Your eyes will thank you.
