Hi. I changed some settings in of the preconfigured Power4Gear energyprofiles thinking I could just click on "restor default settings" and ... well ... that button was always greyed out. So I deinstalled the Power4Gear Hybrid software, downloaded it from ASUS'S support webpage and reinstalled it, but the profiles arent back and I cant use the Fn+Space combination to change between profiles. Any advice? Thanks.

ahh i see... simple fix. Go and reinstall power4gear and than uninstall the asus ATK package and reinstall it.. the ATK package causes the fn+space combo to be used.. do that and your issue is fixed.

Yes, remove and reinstall your ATK drivers.

Thanks for the tip. In the programs list I found ATK Generic Funtcion Service, ATK Hotkey, ATK Media and ATKOSD2. Which one do I remove?

You don't need to mess with ATKOSD2, you can remove and reinstall the others.
