I recieved my Viper XM booq sleeve in the mail today and it is everything I had hoped and expected. It's a sleek ballistic's type nylon on the outside which seems fairly durable with a soft almost velvety inside to keep scratches off my W3V. The foam padding is about an 1/8th of an inch thick, while good enough to keep it safe from other books in my back, it's probaly not a good idea to drop it or have anything dropped on it. The W3V seems to fit fairly nicely into the sleeve, although the picture shows it slightly long depth wise, the foam padding just makes it over the corners of the screen, so you really wouldnt want it any smaller.

here you can see the extra room in the front, but actually the foam/matrial that lines the inside hugs the four corners of the laptop. Also you can see the soft velvety interior.

This shows the nice hinge cover. It's like a rubber leather material

This is just another angle showing the gap in the front.

here is a good picture to show how snug a fit it really is length wise

I got this sleeve inteded to protect my laptop from scratches and getting banged up in my bag. However, if you are looking for something that will withstand a drop, this is not the sleeve for you. My only real complaint is the thickness of it, its slightly taller then the W3V so thier is a slight gap between where the screen is on the inside and the interior of the top of the sleeve. (about 1/8th to 1/4 of an inch or so).

    Overall I rate it : 9.3 out of 10
