The first time you turn on the computer it asks you to enter basic info such as time zone, user name etc. Is there any way to make windows run that initial set up again?

You may be able to change it via Control Panel, but I can't say for sure. You could always do a system restore

You can probably change all that through the control panel. List the changes you want to make.
