I just bought a S96S today and when for the first time i boot it up, it won't boot....it says

For Realtek RTL8110SC Gigbit Ethernet Controller v1.55 (060328)
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
    PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM

Reboot and Select proper Boot Device
or Insert Boot Media in selected device and press a key

Seems like the CD/DVD drive or Hard drive are loose. Make sure they are connected.

First, enter BIOS and disable Boot from LAN. Check that the HDD and CD/DVD are on the boot devices list. Make sure they are, and then reboot.

If you still get the same message, I will assume the Windows installation is corrupted. Use your install kit/recovery CDs to install Windows.

If that doesn't work, you can move on to hardware trouble shooting as usapatriot suggested.
