    Hey guys,

I'm testing out the Scar 15 as it's not selling and I might end up having to keep it, and I notice that in Power Options (right click battery > Power Options), the advanced power settings are missing in this laptop. No matter what I do, I can't bring them back like with other laptops.

Go to Power Options > click Change Plan Settings next to any of them > Click on Change advanced power settings and you'll see there are few settings there compared to normal laptops. In other laptops that I have, they all have so many settings there, like AMD Graphics Power Settings, AMD Power Slider, Switchable Dynamic Graphics, Processor Power Management (very important), and so on.

This is what a normal one looks like, except that with my Legion 5 Pro, there are also AMD settings: https://www.tenforums.com/attachmen...tings-windows-10-a-advanced_power_options.jpg

Asus' has about 4 only, from what I recall. Either 4 or 5 compared to 10+ in other laptops. I can't really control the settings of this laptop to get better battery life and customize it the way it should be customized.

Do you know how to bring them back? This is an awfully limited laptop in so many ways with hardly any features and this does not help its case.

    Thanks.
