I know I've seen this before when everything is oversized. I can't remember what it's called. Maybe Safe Mode, but either way I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I've tried restarting a couple of times. It doesn't say anything upon start up.

can you right click and go to screen resolution, and change it to w.e your max res is? if not, it seems like a driver issue.

Screen resolution was at the lowest setting. Brought it back up and it seemed normal after that. Did a restart and it kept the high setting. I still might want to update my drivers soon since a lot of them were outdated.

    Thanks for your help. :)
