I have a G1S its about 2 weeks old. At about a week old I started to notice a very small black spot coming out from around the far bottom right hand side of the screen. I not all the way black its just like a very very light shadow texture. Its not very big either. What is this? Is it a dead pixel? If you look at it from the side or any angle besides right in front of it, you cant see it.

Dead pixels stay black even from an angle, that might just be dirt or mark on the screen. It also could be dust trapped underneath the gloss surface. Try cleaning the lcd surface with a water damp first, preferably the microfiber ones as they don't leave streaks.
