    Hi!
The screen on mine ASUS A6Jc needs to be replaced. I would like to replace it with higher resolution one. There are several threads in this forum where users describe their success with replacement of stock screen on Dell 1530 and other notebooks with 15.4" WUXGA panel from LG - LP154WE2(TL)(B2). http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?p=3322153
I wonder if anybody had tried it with an ASUS notebook. The (TL)(B2) – in the model number stands for the type of brackets on which screen is installed in a laptop. Does anybody knows which brackets are in ASUS notebooks (especially in A6 series).
Another question – will the NVidia GeForce Go 7300 be able to handle 1920×1200 resolution. I am not into gaming. The laptop is being used for office stuff and multimedia.

So, is it possible? Doable? Feasible?

    Thank you!

Thanks! I already know how to get the screen out and put it back in - I bought a WXGA replacement on EBay but the screen was defective.
My concern is about the higher resolution. Will my laptop be able to handle it.
