I have a G51vx-rx05 and I tried to OC the cpu from 2.0ghz to 2.3ghz - However it doesn't seem to stick. After a reboot, it is back to 2.3ghz - any help?

Yes...rebooting will reset the FSB to its original settings. If you want the OC to stick each boot, follow the instructions near the bottom of the first post here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=401345 under Getting SetFSB and Crystal CPUID to Start at Boot
