Should I sell my Asus m50vm-A1 and buy a Asus UL80vt?

On m50vm-A1 I got these specs:

    core 2 duo 2.26ghz
    4gb ram
    320gb
    nvidia 9600m gs

On Asus UL80vt I will get

    Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor SU7300 : 1.3 GHz,
    Nvidia 210m
    4gb ram
    320gb

I was looking for a new laptop, and I considered this as its light weight, more battery....

    So is it worth it?

    Thanks.

In order for me to help you, I would need to know why you want to sell your laptop and what are you looking for.

Is it just because you wanted something light weight and good battery life? What are your other interests.

Some games...but I don't usually play games. Mainly I needed something light weight and battery are my main concern.

I'd sell it and get a HP Mini 311 w/ Ion. Better battery and lighterweight, with a higher clocked processor (although I am pretty sure the low voltage on the UL80 is still better). Capable of doing basically anything at one setting or another, aside from CPU intensive games.

I think the UL30VT might be a good choice for you. There's an owner's lounge thread you can check out. But of course I might be biased since I own one already :p

If you really want it, I guess. Look into a Ion Samsung N510 too.
