    1. Should i download Nvidia display gtx260 via windows update
    2. I thought i was only suppose to download any Nivdia drivers from asus website not Nividia or Windows Update, due to it's turbo gear extreme overclocking censor only working with Asus Nidia drivers not Nvidia drivers from Nvidia website or windows upadate?

    Update
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M 179.30 The manufacturer of this system requires that you download the driver for your GPU from their support site.

The GeForce M series and GeForce Go series notebook GPUs use drivers that have been customized by the notebook manufacturers to support hot key functions, power management functions, lid close and suspend/resume behavior. NVIDIA has worked with some notebook manufacturers to provide notebook-specific driver updates, however, most notebook driver updates must come from the notebook manufacturer. Additionally, the desktop GeForce graphics drivers will not install on Geforce M series and Quadro M series notebook GPU's.

Don't use option 2 on the driver download page. Just use the first option to download and save it to your computer. Then install it from where you saved it on your computer. If you have Vista or Windows 7 64 bit then just download and install the driver that a3r0x linked above.

I would not update it again. The original version from Asus is way better
It took me a while to figure out. I updated my drive through window update and it lags when I play games. I realized it after 3 weeks and put the original back, and it feels like a completely different card...everything is cranking smooth!

You asked, they answered, you keep asking. I use the drivers from Nvidia, they work fine and are more current than the Asus drivers. If you are uncomfortable doing that, just download the driver from Asus. It will work.
