Just wondering is it a wise choice to do so? How much faster is a duo core anyway? If i was to compare these two model side by side (w5a and W5f), would there be any significant differences between the two?

    Thanks :asus:

I don't know what your use is....... but I really don't think it'll be worth it for you unless of course you can get someone to buy your current system for close to what you paid for it..... To take a huge loss on a computer that is certainly going to get you through the next 2-3 years is really a waste.... If you're maxing out the system now, mabye you could use it, but otherwise I wouldn't sweat it.

Unless you are using apps that are taking advantage of the Dual core. Like certain encoding and photoshop you will really not see a whole lot of benifit. you should just wait till the 64bit chips and vista comes out before you concider trading in your current model.

Good decision :) the W5f isn't worth all the hassle you would've gone through...
