This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    uhhh...depending what model u're talkin about

    the ones assembled already ...if u customize it, u'll lose the asus warranty..but they do do it at portable one and agearnotebook (i believe)

    the other built on asus like z71v... there's geared2play, proportable, anitec, a bunch

    I'm looking for 15.4 inch Asus notebooks, with AMD 64 or P-M processors, and with at least 128 ram video card.

    The asus z71v fits that, and I think thats about the only one thats customizable.

    the z70v does too but its not here til, August?

    Thats geared2play not gear2play. If your looking for a p4 based notebook with a nice vga card asus has a new model comming out which has the lga775 p4 and 6800-go in it. This should be out within the month prolly by mid august.
