So now that the semester has started and I'm officially married to my Z33, it's time to get a sleeve. I have been putting the laptop in the Asus case and then putting the whole thing in my backpack, but that's becoming too much of a pain in the butt, adds a lot of bulk and weight, and is generall overkill since my backpack is pretty well padded and I can put textbooks in the 'lower' pocket where they don't rest on the laptop.

I'm hoping for something 'stetchy' enough to accomodate the 3-cell and the 9-cell, but that's not a strict requirement.

Open to all suggestions. I've looked through a lot of the manufacturers listed in the 'Accessories' forum in the Laptop Bags thread, but nothing really jumped out at me...

I had fantastic luck with a rigid (protects againsts compression and screen cracks from books) sleeve from tombihn.com for my old 15" dell. The rigid sleeve is called the "Monolith" but they have other sleeves as well. Good luck!
