Okay so before I buy the notebook I wanted to make sure there was a sleeve or a small laptop case that would fit the Z33A.

I really like this Booq 12" Viper XS Sleeve but the Depth (front to back) dimensions are off by 1/8th of an inch, But the Z33A height is 7/16th of an inch less than the sleeve's compartment? Do you think I could squese it in without having it wiggle around too much?

I dont like the looks of the Shinza 12" sleeve..is there anything else that may work?

    Z33A dimensions: 10.8" X 9.25" X ~1.0" (WxDxH)

Im sure I couldnt get it in any 12" bag with the 9cell battery..but it isnt the end of the world.

    How about Sumdex??

I have a Sumdex sleeve cover for my old laptop, Samsung X10, and it was pretty good. I put it in the sleeve and carried in either backpack or shoulder bag.

Pretty good quality and most of all, good price.

Do Asus ever sell them separately?? I know mine came with one included, both a sleeve and a carrying bag (not particularly nice looking/nice fabric, but exactly the right size). The sleeve is a perfect fit with the 3-cell battery, I can get it in with the 6-cell, but I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do if I get the larger battery...

Maybe you could see if they sell them separately somehow.

    Robyn,

Are you referreing to W5A cases??

I didn't know that Z33 comes with the carrying cases as well.

Well W5A comes with 2 cases and they are ok. It's not Tumi or Coach but it does the job quite well.

I don't think they come with them in the US. I am in the UK, and the systems here (M5) do come with cases and sleeves.
