The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    engadget... reg hardware... places I used to think had cutting edge stuff, eh?

    Yeah I saw it and at least they credited me and gave us the all important link to the Asus forum - hope it helps build the community and give this forum more credibility.

    Oh and for the record, that's not even slightly off topic... it's gotta be one of the most on topic threads ever...... it's a worldwide link about me, proportable, Asus, and an NBR thread... how much more on topic can you get?

    BTW, I don't know if congrats are in order.... I'm almost ashamed that I had to not only be the first source, but days ahead of others that then had to use me as the source because they still can't find other information.
