I have an asus n550jv laptop japanese spec. This came with a external asus sonicmaster subwoofer and once I have scratches on top of the aluminum part of the body and rest of the body. The scratches doesn't remove, so is there any possible way to remove the scratches from the subwoofer completely? or where can i get a spare of that subwoofer? thank you.

You might be able to buff them out as long as you're gentle with it. I don't see the subwoofer sold as a standalone item.

With no personal experience on this it's hard to say, but because it's made of plastic you'll need something mild/not very abrasive. Someone at your local hardware store might be able to make a recommendation if you bring the subwoofer in to show them and explain what you want to do.

Plastic does not tend to buff out well, you would have to strip the entire surface and then recondition it with a new finish.

Meaker# The both subwoofer and charger?? If that so I know how to get the charger but where will I buy the extra pair of subwoofer ? Why this things are made out plastic...??? its bad... The subwoofer should be made out of something stringent.... And can i get that to fix with charge or should i give a valid reason to fix it like buying a warranty pack first to fix or to replace the subwoofer??? and how can i get the warranty anytime and give them a valid reason?? I need help and I want it to get fixed... I am not going to left this over.

Plastic is durable and light weight along with it being cheaper. However just scratching the product would not be a warranty issue anyway since it's still functional.

There's not a lot you, specifically, can do, and Asus won't handle it as a warranty service.
    And nearly invincible.

No you can't really fix plastic, not without a total refinish like I suggested and that wont be cheap and will likely invalidate your warranty.

How come???? And what do you mean it will Invalidate the warranty ??? And how much will it cost if it is fixable and replaceable?? And is it replaceable ?? it should be.... Or where can i buy this separately can you please give me some links. Asus also should look after every single material they built... I should have known it and put a screen protector everywhere on it... btw my laptop has been for a single year and I need to buy a special warranty package so how can I buy that special warranty package later on to solve my problems ??

And what if I want to fix it or replace it?? I can't?? What will I do? Just for It will be a bad feedback for Asus. Either they change such issues or either I could have tell them built it perfectly or If issues would known from earlier I could have done something about it.

If you scratch your own machine that's not for asus to repair, it's not a functional defect with the machine. Unless you pulled it out the box and they were already there it's something you have to live with. If you want to replace the AC adapter with another official one nothing is stopping you from buying a new replacement at all and it will function just fine and not impact your warranty in that case.

There are accidental warranties out there you can buy but they need to be taken out when you get the machine.

What does it mean they need to be taken out when you get the machine ?? And how would I know if i scratched it by accident ?? If i know little knowledge about the machine ??

When you buy a machine it would be reasonable to expect that you would inspect it for any cosmetic issues. After that any scratches will have been your own doing, so unless there is some major defect in the material and it is just peeling away then any scratches are your own responsibility.

If you are getting scratches I suggest looking into an alternative carry case/bag. There are many high quality options on the market that will help keep your equipment safe. They will also let you carry parts separately to help avoid the AC cables banging into the machine.
