You all know the G60VX, can it run it or no? Is it even worth buying?

Man, I wish I knew how you guys do that, I'd love to do that on my other forum I moderate. To answer you question more bluntly, despite what people say, the CPU kinda doesn't matter too much in regards to frames on Crysis. What matters most is the GPU, overclocking it will urk out more frames than a faster CPU will. The GTX 260m is extremely able to run Crysis fine on DX9 High with 25+ Frames or with the Custom Cudaats mod on Crysis (the way Crysis is meant to be played) you can urk out 30+ Frames.

Crysis is a great game and the G60vx should easily run it on High to Very High with 2x AA, depending on the level/part of the game.
At the Start, with very high settings you should get around 20fps. -

I cant seem to find a crysis trial version? Is there such thing?

There is a crysis demo. Yeah GPU is most important but a fast CPU does make a difference to performance.

who ever cares, I downloaded crysis not the warhead one, ran with everything high max res, I'm sorry, but I love the res on this laptop, any higher and I think I would get sick playing 3rd person shooters! it looked great. and ran good, it had a few slow downs and a line now and then, I'm sure if you turned a few things down it would be great.
