The only issue I know of is a few of us have a graphics problem.

Low 3d mode "twitches" or "bounces" like it is out of sync mostly on the bottom half of the screen.

I know 3 of us have it but the rest don't.

Low 3d mode is like video game menu's, I do not see it while in a game or while in windows or anything else.

I've had mine for a couple weeks now, have ran everything from Crysis and Total War to CS4 and Cinema4D and have not experienced any "freezing problems".

I'm one of those 3 he's talkiing about. The issue lies with the graphics cards themselves...or so Asus is telling me. The tech I spoke to said he is taking my laptop back in as DOA, but at the same time will be inspecting the hardware so he can let us know what the issue was.

I'll make sure to update the issue whenever I get my new laptop. Won't be able to send it off till Thursday though.

EDIT: Also, Vicious, I was actually surprised to find out that the issue occurs with me in single-card mode as well. Just not as often. So it's really looking like we just got a bad batch. Also, to the OP...don't let this discourage you from getting this laptop. It's probably one of the best I've ever used for the price. Probably the best built laptop also. It's heavy like a tank, but just as sturdy as one too. The warranty perks are pretty nice as well. 2 Years with overnight shipping, 1 year accidental damage protection. Yea. Pretty nice indeed. As I said, mine and Vicious issue just seems to be a bad manufactured batch of graphics cards (I'm hoping.)

I also have no regrets, Im going to RMA mine this week sometime and hope for the best, even if I have to send it back again, it would still be worth it as this laptop is just pure awesome. I love how it looks, feels and performs.

I must be a lucky person. I have a completely different problem with my W90P.

Whenever I open a window, it'll jump to the bottom of the screen (or to the last icon in the window). I've re-formatted/restored to original settings to make sure it wasn't a Vista problem. But, even during the re-isntall, the same issues were occuring. In any sort of drop-down box, it jumps to the bottom.

Although it behaves like a stuck down button or something like that, it doesn't happen ALL the time. It'll work fine for a hour/day then it'll just start happening again.

I'm pretty sure it's a keyboard issue since I've had the same issue even with the touchpad disabled.

Now I have to figure out how to send it in for repairs since I'm in Japan. Fun fun fun ><
