Seemingly Asus does not want to invest in the Uk/Europe support services, as during a call to Asus I asked the representative how many staff actually work in his call centre,- unsurprisingly he told me just four are in today, one is ill and the other has found a job elsewhere! Shocking.

Meanwhile, PC World has refunded me £50 and repaired my Asus notebook after Asus, yet again, refused an RMA on my notebook and decided they would not even cooperate with PC World either.

Now, I have a fully working F3sr no thanks to Asus! It only took three months, and £22 pounds worth of phone calls to Pc World, the tech guys and Asus...

I also forgot to add that he also stated that he owns no Asus products himself, not surprising!
