So I emailed ASUS last wednesday to register for the 3rd year warranty. I got an email 2 days later saying I left out the serial number. I was gone all weekend for the holiday so I never got a chance to email them (Tony) back. A few minutes ago I received a call from ASUS (they get my # from startech I guess?). Tony was calling me personally to get the S/N so that he could send me my warranty info. Solid support so far.

Tony is the man. Asus tries vvery hard to support its dealers and customers. DOnt be so shocked there is a reason why some dealers swear by them.
