    Hey everyone,

So I got this laptop last December, and I've been recently having a few issues with it. First, the wifi will sometimes show the "caution" signal when I open the screen, and I won't be able to connect to the internet, which I know is working fine from other devices. When I try to diagnose it, the laptop gives me a warning relating to the IP. I've updated the wifi driver, but that didn't seem to help. The only way I can really fix this is if I reset the machine, which is a pretty big inconvenience.

Second, and more importantly, there are times when I open the laptop, and I will just have a blank screen. There is nothing I can do to get anything working except by holding the power button and doing a hard reset. What concerns me is that this is the kind of issue that eventually correlated to the motherboard to fry on my previous laptop. Also, I notice that when I plug in the charger when the laptop is frozen, the light on the front of the machine that indicates the laptop is plugged doesn't show until I do a hard reset.

    I appreciate any assistance.
