Hey guys, I am kind of new to the forum, and was wondering if you guys might be able to help me out here. I am about to leave for college soon and i am still in need of a laptop. I found one that seemed to be really good on newegg.

But i searched a lot of these forums and hardly found anything about it. Is everything now on the M50's? How are they better than the M70's? the 1gb video card? And if the M50's are better, i could use some advice in choosing one. The ones that are on newegg are, and the money between them is not an issue.

I will be going into a business field, but possible some gaming on the side. Thank you guys for your help, I am not the best with laptops

You can't directly compare these two laptops since they are different sizes, 17 vs 15 inch.

As to information about M70 not existing, that is incorrect. The Info Booth links a review about the newest M70V version, and the M70S is reviewed in the main review directory of the NBR website. I also remember threads made about particular topics, but maybe they are a few pages back since now the M50 and the G50 are the most popular.

People in the US usually recommend the resellers listed in the Info Booth over large retailers such as NewEgg, because the former often offer better support, and sometimes also have lower prices.
