Looks like a good and affordable 14" without a low end or high end GPU, perfect for regular users.

Couldn't have said it better myself...plus it has a decent audio chip. Higher res. screen than the W3j even.

Yea, I saw the Glossy WSXGA screen on the Z96j(the spec sheet), and wow, Good job ASUS on bringing one of those back into the market!

I'm pretty sure the W3 will use the Intel Azalia sound...but don't quote me!

it seems W3J in UK uses AC97 but in the us it uses Azalia, but it is hard getting accurate specs.

I want one of those screens, if they release it in future models of W3J, what are the chances of buying a screen as a spare part and installing it on your current W3J??

All the "S" series are verified by intel products. They are asus barebones however the warranty will be offered through intel to intel product dealers instead of asus. They are the watered down cheaper versions to their counterparts. Looks like they will be released before the new Z series. Not really sure if this vbi thing will take off or not. With intel pushing the kmarketing i think it will.
