I just formatted my Z70va and everything installs fine but one thing: the sound driver.
I first used the CD, after installing, it asks to restart so I did so, but nothing change in sounds and audio devices in the control panel.
Then I decide to download the driver from realtek, same results...
Any1 got this problem before?

Dont get the driver from Realtek. You should always go to the Asus site or get from the Drivers CD. Here's the audio driver: http://dlsvr03.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/Z70A/AUDIO_XP_2K_050708.zip

Thanks anyways -
Yeah, I didnt see it either, but you can try that link i posted. If not, the drivers on the CD included should've been enough to get you going on the right path. All the drivers are there.

I tried the link, the CD and the driver from realtek... but still no go...
When I get in windows, it like if nothing was installed and when I go in Sound and audio in control panel, it says that the sound device is not installed -
OK I got the problem solved...
I had to identify the unknown PCI in device manager...
Anyways, Thanks for the help Mike (I assume that your name so correct me if I'm wrong)
