There seems to be a sound stutter for music playback (video also) on my 1002HA. The stutter comes on every once in a while...probably 1min interval. I think this has to do with my WLAN because when I enable it, the sound stutters more often. I used DPC Latency program and it jumps up to 7000us. Any ideas?

Check the processes list, and see if there is a process whose CPU usage spikes up during the lags. That should allow you to identify the cuplrit process.

Also check the Event Log, this may be caused by e.g., HDD errors.

    Post back with details.
