    Hi
Proud owner of Asus G1S-A1 with 2.2Ghz, 2 gig ram and all the rest goodies.
I just updated my GPU drivers to the latest version (168.25 beta) to check if Crysis plays better or worse.
I opened my windows experience index to refresh it and see if the new drivers upgraded the gpu score or degraded it...
Strangely, when I click on "Windows Experience Index" link in "System", this is the screen I see: (note attachment)

I have never opened WEI section since I got this laptop and setup it up once.

Any ideas why I see this totally blank page??
Is there some service which I should have kept running instead of disabling??
I am wondering if the GPU driver update had anything to do with this but have no way of confirming this as I never opened this page since installing Vista Ultimate in September.

Thank you in advance for reading this guys!

WEI is absolutely worthless. Use a real benchmark to determine the performance of your computer.

You are running windows vista ultimate right? so you can access the gpedit.msc
I experienced this blank WEI page once in my desktop

    Go to gpedit.msc

    go and navigate to:

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Performance Control Panel

Double click "Turn off access to the performance center core section"
    set it to "Not Configured"

If it is already set to "Not Configured", then set it to "Enabled" first and click apply, and then set it to "Not Configured" again.

    Repeat these steps in:

User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Performance Control Panel
