I have an Asus X59SL with an Intel DC T3200 from a buddy

It has a strange heating issue that makes the CPU temprature spike in less than a minute without even starting the OS, the fan start working at full speed with a really heated air getting out

I can even start the Windows properly it just gives a blue screen, and when I try to reinstall Windows 7 with a bootable pen drive, it just gets stuck too

I've opened it, it had no dust at all, I've put thermal paste but it does nothing, it just heats without a reason and really quick, is this a mother board issue?

I dont know if it could be a GPU issue too, but I see no glitches on the image

It's really a big mystery that I've never understood...
