    Anybody knows where can i find student price for an Asus U6Sg?

    I live in Canada - Quebec - Montreal.

    I don't think you can find a student discount anywhere from the dealers that sell it, but you could ask around. There is a list of dealers on ASUS's site, I guess sending an email could result in something, won't hurt to mass email one email(and make it show you sent to various dealers/sites so they may want to lower the price to you to grab a customer instead of having a sale stolen by another ;)).

    Good luck :) Though, I'm not sure resellers can change the price of ASUS notebooks much...

    Maybe you want to look for a second-hand, older version of the U6? Like the U6S? It's not so old and if it's been treated well you'd probably get a good machine... there's a guide around on buying 2nd hand notebooks with limited funds.
