I got my W7J running on XP Pro, but I can't believe that older PCs are booting up faster than my W7J. What applications can I take off the ASUS included software ?

I got another laptop that is not even core duo booting up faster than this one. Ah, on the side note, what antivirus and antispyware you recommend that is good but won't eat lot of memory and CPU?

    thanks,

    Check in my signature:

Vista optimization for what bloatware to remove.
XP guide, skip the installation part, go directly to the Cleanup & Optimization part. Also check services setup and scan the rest of the document for what you can use.
