Two more emails today saying my order shipped! That's four messages and one set of upgrade disks received weeks ago. It would crack me up if I ended up with more upgrade disks.![]()

Well it looks like I got officially SCREWED. I was told by a manager at Moduslink that he would work on getting me a copy and call me back. Well he obviously never called and I can't get ahold of anyone that will help me. All they do is say they can't get any new orders. They also told me the cancelled my order because of a billing issue and they also admitted to never trying to contact me for new billing information. I lost my debit card and so I got a new number before they ever tried to bill me. I ****ing hate these people.

Why can't moduslink understand anything? they messed up the express upgrade process for some of us. I would rate 6 out of 10 for their handling.
