    Hi,

I bought a DVI/HDMI cable to connect my laptop to my Sony Bravia and I cannot set the GeForce 7700 to give me a proper 1080p picture on the TV. I'm using the latest drivers and can set the resolution to be Full HD but then the picture is simply bigger than my TV screen!!!
Sony's site has a good page explaining how to set up a connection from an Nvidia graphic card and it seems I need to do some down scaling of the picture but this option isn't available in the Nvidia Graphic options I can access (unlike what is shown on the Sony's site). By the way, my TV is a Bravia 40D3500. Right now the only resolution that perfectly fits the screen is 1360x768, which is simply unacceptable. It seems to me that it's still a driver issue but I can be mistaken.

    Can anyone help? Thanks

    H
