    can a TV tuner be installed in the G60? or maybe a usb one. How would one go about this, and how much do you guys think it would cost?

    Maybe you can help me out, I dont really understand the TV tuner. Dose it use WiFi? how does it get HD channels, and how many and what channels?

    Any help would be great.

    Nope it works just like your normal TV. In other words you have to plug the cable in from your cable box/antenna. The channels are all dependent what you are subscribed to at your house.

    Avoid the Hauppauge tuners. They're garbage.

    Try a wireless one, is a simple usb device like a pendrive and you set the antenna wherever you want in your home (as close it is better =) ) this rigs you out of cables ^^

    Also if you want to leave it permanently, try one for the PCI-E slot.

    I live in nz and the hauppage 900h does the job perfectly. gets all the high def freeview channels with crystal clear views and im quite suprised that i get streaming content using the bundled antenna too (thought itd be trash at first)
