I urgently needed repair, and received among the worst customer support experience of my life (all 50 years of it)
    - I sent my ASUS note pad in via RMA 11 months after purchasing it from AT&T (and I proved the timeframe)
    - After confusion on the RMA (i guess because I sent the keyboard with it) no one looked at it for over two weeks
    - I clearly stated that I wanted 1) the wireless function looked at, and 2) this brand (as I was told by ASUS support) required a rebuild in order to upgrade to Windows 8.1 - which I needed to load my company's google apps. 3) I also stated that this was a warranty repair
    - a week later, I receive a bill for ~$240. When I asked about it, they said that 1) it was out of warranty, and 2) even if it wasn't, they couldn't repair it because of something they saw around the power button (that had NOTHING to do with my requested repairs).
    - So, they replaced the motherboard for some inexplicable reason.
    - Nobody ever listened to me (or actually read what I needed).
    - These rude and negligent people made every excuse not to repair, or agree to warranty repair, without full payment. What a SCAM!!!
    - I thought this was a simple request, and didn't consider filing this under insurance, because even the worst companies at least stand up for their warranties.
    - After about 5 rounds of this, I finally begged to get it returned - and after over a month and a half, I received it - it won't even turn on anymore.
    - So, to recap, I overnighted this device hoping to get it back quickly. I was treated poorly, offended, wasted over a month and a half without this notepad and got it back in worse shape then I sent it (at least before, I could turn it on).
