Hey guys. I thought I'd put up the drivers I use for my G1S up for download. I know that the ASUS and Realtek sites can be excruciatingly slow. All the drivers are in their own folders in the zip file. The Synaptics Driver is not from the official website, however it is an official Synaptics driver that was released to Toshiba I believe. It is not modded in anyway so it works for all laptops that use the Synaptics Touchpad. Also, there is also a newer inf driver for the chipset. The one on Intel's site has been removed and it seems that Intel no longer provides inf support for the 965 mobile series. These drivers work well for me. I cannot assure that they will work for you, so please remember that you use these at your own risk. Remember to backup before you install the drivers and please virus scan anything you download. I uploaded the drivers from a virus/malware free system.

    Enjoy! Hope this helps! :)

These were uploaded for someone else, but might as well share with everyone.

I forgot to mention that the drivers are for Vista x64. Maybe a mod can add in the x64 part into the post title. Thanks.

Hey got a G1s running xp pro SP3 32bit now. Any ideas why I should move over to vista 64bit? vista 32bit was quite slow so I changed it back to xp...

Will all programs (i dont game that much anymore but I do play wolfenstein:ET) work correctly?

    Thx a lot!

One advantage is the access to arbitrary (in 2008) amounts of RAM.

I've also read that Vista 64 is actually more stable and works smoother than 32. I have zero experience with it though so this is just hearsay.
