I'm very happy with the G1S and when I bought it, I thought the backpack was going to be some cheapo throw in and I would eventually have to buy a decent one. So, while I've had my G1S for a bit under a week, I didn't take the backpack out of its wrapping until today. Boy, was I wrong - it's a nice backpack! Lots of compartments and very functional. Not gaudy at all. I especially like that the built in laptop sleeve does not rest on the bottom of the backpack giving the laptop added protection when you place the backpack down.

    Very nice, Asus!

It is actually a rebranded Targus bag. Targus is my favorite bag company, up there with MobileEdge.

It is surprising spacious. It kind of has a weird design though, it is largest at the bottom, and thinner at the top. I wouldn't expect to fit more than 1-2 books, although you could fit MANY peripherals and accessories.
